Everyone in Elite is a member first. Staff and Directors are members who have put their hand up to do some of the work behind the scenes. Roles are jobs, not ranks. What counts here is time served and the people you play with.

How it works

1. Join and applyIntroduce yourself on Discord, then fill in the application form.
2. Get to know usStaff take at least a week to get to know you before a decision is made.
3. Become a MemberYou get the Member role on Discord and your name on the roster.
4. Lend a handAnyone can help out. When Staff or Directors are needed, they come from members who already pitch in.

Before roles: the old ranks

Before the 2020 revival brought in Member, Staff and Director, Elite ran on slightly modified US Army ranks, with abbreviations cut to four characters so they fitted in-game tags. Here’s the full ladder and who held what.

Our ranks recognize members for their contributions, seniority, and leadership ability. Every promotion is earned.
